The 35kV cold shrink cable termination kit is a high-performance medium-to-high voltage cable accessory designed for XLPE power cable systems. It uses advanced pre-expanded silicone rubber technology that automatically shrinks into position once the support core is removed, ensuring fast installation, reliable insulation, and long-term electrical stability.

Key Features
The termination is pre-expanded in a factory-controlled state on a removable support tube. During installation, the core is simply pulled out, and the silicone rubber body shrinks uniformly to form a tight seal around the cable. This eliminates the need for heat guns or open flames, making installation safer and more efficient.
Made from premium-grade silicone rubber with excellent dielectric strength, UV resistance, and anti-aging properties. It maintains stable performance even under harsh outdoor conditions such as humidity, pollution, and salt fog.
Built-in stress control cone ensures uniform electric field distribution at the cable termination point, significantly reducing partial discharge risk and improving long-term operational reliability at 35kV voltage level.
The integrated sealing structure provides excellent moisture resistance and environmental protection. Once installed, it achieves high-level sealing performance suitable for underground, outdoor, and coastal environments.
Compatible with both single-core and three-core XLPE power cables, suitable for copper and aluminum conductors with multiple cross-sectional size options.
