Brief Description:

The roller kiln is an advanced continuous heat treatment equipment, and its core advantages are high efficiency, energy saving, and precise temperature control. The interior of the kiln is composed of a conveying system composed of high-temperature resistant rollers. Driven by the rollers, the workpieces pass through the preheating, firing and cooling zones at a uniform speed to achieve fully automated production. The roller kiln can adjust the temperature, roller speed and atmosphere according to the process requirements, and is suitable for the sintering of high-end materials such as ceramics, lithium batteries, and electronic ceramics. In addition, the roller kiln adopts waste heat recovery technology to greatly reduce energy consumption.
