Brief Description:

The roller kiln is a continuous industrial kiln based on a roller drive system, which is mainly used for the firing and heat treatment of ceramics, refractory materials, lithium batteries and electronic components. Its working principle is to drive the high-temperature resistant rollers to rotate through the motor, driving the workpieces to smoothly pass through different temperature zones to complete the drying, sintering or cooling process. The roller kiln adopts a modular design, and the length, temperature and atmosphere (such as oxidation or reduction environment) can be adjusted according to production needs, and is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system to ensure stable product quality. Compared with traditional kilns, roller kilns have the characteristics of high production efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, and a high degree of automation. It has become one of the key equipment in the modern manufacturing industry.
