Brief Description:
Using high-performance silicon-molybdenum rod heating elements, the maximum operating temperature can reach 1800℃, meeting the needs of ultra-high temperature material processing. The furnace is built with composite mullite bricks and combined with multi-layer insulation materials to effectively reduce heat loss. The equipment supports gradient heating technology, and through the segmented heating strategy, it avoids deformation of the material due to thermal stress. It is suitable for high-end material preparation processes such as sapphire crystal growth and carbide synthesis.
