Industry Applications and advantages:
The furnace adopts a three-layer shell structure, the outer layer is a protective layer, the middle layer is an integrally welded seal, the alumina polycrystalline fiber furnace is installed on the inner layer, the power regulator is used to control the current and can limit the current throughout the process, the furnace top and the lifting furnace door are sealed with high-temperature resistant O-rings, the bottom furnace door is equipped with a water cooling system, and the double-layer furnace shell is equipped with an air cooling system, which can quickly increase and decrease the temperature. The furnace can be heated in vacuum or in gases such as hydrogen, argon, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide, and ammonia decomposition gas.
