The furnace adopts a double-layer shell structure, and the double-layer furnace shell is equipped with an air cooling system, which can quickly increase and decrease the temperature. The furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material. The power regulator is used to control the current and can limit the current throughout the whole process. The furnace adopts an automatic lifting stainless steel electric push rod. Press the up or down button, and the material will rise and fall freely with the lifting tray. When the lifting rod reaches the highest or lowest point, the travel switch will automatically cut off the power to the lifting rod, so that it will not rise or fall too much. After the material is lowered out of the furnace, the user can take it from the tray, so that the heat in the furnace cannot radiate to the human body, avoiding burns. There are four rods around the tray to support it, and the material is very stable on the tray. It is an ideal product for colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises to do powder sintering, ceramic sintering, glass melting, high temperature experiments, and quality inspection. It is suitable for small-scale mass production, pilot and sintering of some products with high temperature field requirements.
