Designed for chemical vapor deposition process, equipped with high-precision gas mixing chamber and steam generator, it can accurately control the ratio and flow rate of multiple reaction gases. It adopts inclined tube structure to optimize gas diffusion path and improve film deposition uniformity. The maximum operating temperature is 1200℃, supporting program heating and constant temperature control, and is widely used in the preparation of nanomaterials such as graphene and carbon nanotubes, as well as the epitaxial growth process of semiconductor chips.
