Industry Applications and Advantages:
This equipment is an electric heating rotary furnace, which is mainly used for continuous heating and calcining of powder materials in air atmosphere. The equipment adopts the form of horizontal heating of straight silicon carbon rods of equal diameter on the upper and lower sides of the furnace tube, and evenly heats the materials in the furnace tube by heating the rotating high-purity quartz glass tube. The electric heating rotary furnace structure is adopted. Through the rotation of the furnace tube and the continuous rotation of the furnace tube with a certain inclination angle, the fine granular or powdery loose materials are driven to make a flipping spiral movement in the furnace tube, and continuously pass through the heating temperature control group section set in the heating cavity of the furnace body to complete the calcination process of the product. It has the characteristics of uniform heating of materials, sufficient reaction, and good product consistency.
