Technical characteristics of aluminum brazing furnace
Process flow of aluminum brazing:Put on the parts - degreasing (heat degreasing or water cleaning degreasing)- brazing spray - drying - preheating - brazing - cooling (under protective atmosphere)- strong cooling – take down the parts
The atmosphere in the brazing furnace is significant during the brazing process, it requires that the Oxygen concentration should be below 10 ppm and the drew point is lower than -72°C. The temperature uniformity of the same product is especially important when the brazing temperature is reached, the general requirement is ±3℃. The requirements for some products are even higher.
How to decide the heating speed?
On the premise of uniform heating, therefore, should try to shorten the heating time which improve the heating speed. When determine the specific heating speed, it must be decided by the weldment size, base metal and the features of the solder.
