Main use

Features
The high performance, fire resistant, insulation and environment-friendly materials are adopted to ensure the excellent thermal insulation performance of the furnace. It effectively reduces the no-load loss of the equipment; The nitrogen purge and curtain design is reasonable with dedicate fabrication to lower nitrogen consumption, therefore the equipment is power saving and operation cost is lower;
Fine and reasonable heating furnace section, hardware selection and software parameter adjustment of high-precision advanced temperature control instrument, make furnace temperature control accuracy ≤± 0.2 °C, the product temperture difference in the brazing zone is ≤3°C;
The advancedvariable frequency speed control network is adopted to transmit the workpieces stably. Accurately controling the running time of the workpiece in each heating zone ensure the heating curve of aluminum brazing accurately achieved;
The instrument of high precision oxygen concentration on-line monitoring system provides the advanced means for the real-time and accurate measurement of the atmosphere in the furnace;
The spray device's design is simple, and nozzles ensure the fluxes on the brazing workpieces adequate and uniform;
Strongheating ability of the dry oven and the quick circulating wind inside the furnace ensure that the workpieces inside the furnace have no moisture to damage the workpiece quality;
Strong wind cooling ability, small shaking and low noise;
The advanced and completed control system makes the production line integrated and intelligent.
