Main use

The equipment is used to heat continuous brazing metal products at high temperature, because hydrogen in the furnace can protect the metal products to achieve reduction under the condition of high temperature in the furnace, so that the brazing products can achieve smooth and bright.

Features

The lining materials are imported from abroad.
The muffle is effective for longer period. When it is in normal condition, it can work one and half years, when the operating temperature is lower than 950°C, three years can be guranteed.
Cooling section equipped with heat exchanger greatly improves cooling speed.
For the safety there is automatic control.
Individual Continuous Variable Control System (ICVC) ensures very high temperature accuracy and uniformity. The furnace temperature stability can reach ±1℃.
