The liners of lime kiln is easy to be affected from high temperature, mechanical abrasion, structural stress and the chemical erosion.
Under this circumstances, our refractory engineers developed a special phosphate compound brick and silicon mullite abrasion resistant compound brick.
Feature of Special Phosphate High Alumina Brick:
This material with its high strength, good abrasion resistance is used in lime kiln as the preheating zone, transition zone, high temperature zone, cooling zone.
By adopting magnesium series refractory as burning zone, the complete set refractory produced by Jansincere can meet different customers requirements, and also can guarantee the quality of the kilns and extend the service life.
