• PVC Wood Grain Edge Banding Strips
  • This is the most common type of material. It is mainly made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the raw material. Through the addition of plasticizers, stabilizers, pigments and other additives, it is manufactured by the extrusion molding process. It has good flexibility and can be easily bent to fit the edges of various shaped boards. For example, when making the edges of curved tabletops, PVC wood grain edge banding strips can adapt well to the curved shapes. • ABS Wood Grain Edge Banding Strips
  • ABS is an engineering plastic composed of acrylonitrile (A), butadiene (B) and styrene (S) through copolymerization. ABS wood grain edge banding strips have relatively high strength and toughness, and their wear resistance is better than that of PVC. Meanwhile, their anti-aging performance is also excellent. In some occasions where higher quality requirements are placed on edge banding strips, such as high-end furniture or frequently used furniture (like the edges of office desks), ABS wood grain edge banding strips are a good choice. However, their prices are generally higher than those of PVC edge banding strips.
