Product Description
This heavy-duty Galfan gabion retaining wall is professionally engineered for civil engineering, river regulation, slope stabilization and flood control projects. Adopting premium zinc-aluminum alloy (Galfan) coated low-carbon steel wire and double-twist hexagonal weaving technology, the gabion cage features excellent tensile strength, structural stability and long-term corrosion resistance even in harsh outdoor environments.
Different from ordinary welded mesh products, the integral double-twist structure ensures the gabion wall will not collapse or scatter even if individual wires are damaged, providing reliable anti-scour and anti-deformation performance. The permeable stone-filled structure effectively releases water pressure, avoids wall cracking caused by hydrostatic force, and creates an ecological growth environment for vegetation, realizing perfect integration of structural protection and ecological restoration.
Pre-fabricated modular design allows fast on-site assembly without professional equipment or complex construction procedures. Widely applicable for riverbank reinforcement, reservoir protection, highway and railway slope retaining, mountain landslide prevention and municipal water conservancy projects.
