BMS Integration: RS485 communication allows the central computer to monitor and control hundreds of windows individually or in groups.
Fire Linkage: Supports "AC Contact" priority signal. In case of fire, the system triggers the actuator to open fully for emergency smoke ventilation.
Signal Feedback: The 5-wire design provides real-time open/close status feedback to the control panel.
Heavy Duty: 500Nm torque ensures reliable operation for heavy curtain wall windows or commercial top-hung vents.
