Delivered as a complete "Ready-to-Install" kit, it includes our "Easy Assembly" segmented track system, giving you the freedom to select either our proprietary Galime Track or the industry-standard Trietex Track. Powered by a reliable AC 100-240V connection, the X30 Kit ensures stable, professional-grade automation tailored entirely to your needs.

A1: Unlike traditional motors with built-in, unchangeable chips, the X30 features a modular slot. You can physically plug in or remove the smart chip module (like a USB drive). If you buy the Basic version now and decide you want WiFi control later, you only need to buy and plug in the WiFi module instead of replacing the entire motor.
Q2: Can I choose the track type for my project?
A2: Yes! You have the flexibility to select either our proprietary Galime Track or the widely compatible Trietex Track. Both options come in adjustable lengths from 1.2m to 6.2m and feature our easy-to-assemble segmented design.
Q3: Does this motor need a plug?
A3: The X30 is an AC-powered motor (100-240V) and comes with a standard AC power cable for professional hardwiring. You can attach a plug if you prefer to use a standard wall outlet.
Q4: Do the WiFi and Zigbee versions require a hub?
A4: The WiFi version connects directly to your home's 2.4GHz network and does not require a hub. The Zigbee version requires a compatible Tuya Zigbee Gateway to connect to the App and voice assistants.
