Whether you are using our Trietex Heavy Duty surface track or the Trietex Recessed Invisible track, we provide two key methods to navigate complex window layouts:
Corner Joiner Solution : The standard choice for sharp corners (L-shaped or U-shaped windows). We provide precision-engineered corner connectors that bridge two straight tracks—available for both visible and hidden (recessed) profiles—allowing the belt and runners to turn smoothly.
Custom Factory Bending: Ideal for curved walls or circular bay windows. We use advanced bending machines to curve the aluminum profile to your exact radius specifications before shipping (Note: Custom bending is primarily for surface-mounted profiles; please consult us for recessed bending capabilities).
Key Features
Solution A: High-strength curved connectors that link straight tracks. Perfect for Box Bay Windows or corner apartments. No complex measuring needed—just measure the straight lengths.
Solution B: Precision Bending: We can bend the track to a specific Radius (R) or template. This provides a continuous, seamless look for flowing architectural windows.
Heavy Duty Performance: Even on curves, our system maintains the load-bearing capacity needed for heavy drapes, thanks to the reinforced profile walls (1.0-2.0mm).

Q1: Which solution should I choose? Joiners or Bending?
A1: If you have sharp corners (like a rectangle box or L-shape), use Joiners. If you have a smooth curved wall or a round bay window, use Custom Bending.
Q2: Can the curtain motor pull around a 90-degree corner?
A2: Yes! Our motors and tracks are designed for this. However, for U-shaped windows with two 90° corners, we recommend using a higher torque motor (like the GM46 or X series) to overcome the added friction.
Q3: How do I measure for a curved track?
A3: For custom bending, we need the "Radius" of the curve. If you are unsure, you can trace the shape of your window sill onto a large paper template and mail/photo it to us.Please contact our staff for assistance in determining which measurements you need to take.
Q4: Can I use recessed tracks for an L-shaped window?
A4: Yes, we offer specific 90-degree corner joiners for Recessed Tracks.
