Description of Rotary high speed bucket washing machine for 5 gallon bottling line
The bottle goes into the outside cleaning machine by the action of conveyor and bottle closed to the main rotate brusher .the direction of main brushing rotate is opposite with the bottle and bottle bottom brusher rotate direction. The bottle finish revolution one circle, self rotate running. Washing pump offer the water or cleaning liquid to every brusher. And the liquid can be recycled because of the bottom water tank. The bottle in the outside brushing machine rotates 270°. Then goes into the spray room. After spraying, the bottle carried out by conveyor .the spraying room water can from the same washing pump, and the water also can be recycled to use.
Automatic barrel outer brushing machine specially work with 5 Gallon barreled water producing line. It is used for reducing the settling caused by the mineral water itself and some algae substances in the process of mineral water producing. With the omni-directional cleaning including the bottom, inner and outer of the barrel, the machinery improves the cleaning efficiency remarkable and reduces the possible pollution caused from manual washing and decreases the worker’s pressure.
