Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. The thin steel plate is immersed in the molten zinc tank, so that a thin steel plate with a layer of zinc is adhered to the surface. At present, it is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, continuous immersion of rolled steel sheets in a galvanizing tank with molten zinc to make galvanized steel sheets; alloyed galvanized steel sheets. This kind of steel plate is also manufactured by hot dipping, but immediately after it is discharged from the tank, it is heated to about 500°C to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This kind of galvanized sheet has good paint adhesion and weldability; electro-galvanized steel sheet. The galvanized steel sheet produced by the electroplating method has good workability.
It is suitable for the sealing and anti-rust treatment of galvanized sheets, metal product components and materials. The upper flux immerses the steel components in the mixture of zinc chloride and ammonium chloride to isolate the surface of the components from the air to prevent oxidation and rust. And activate the surface iron molecules, so that the components can more easily achieve the iron-zinc compound reaction in the hot zinc solution; MIG arc brazing can be used to weld low-alloy steel, non-alloy steel and stainless steel, and the main purpose is to weld steel plates with coating on the surface. The heat brought by the droplet transfer causes the galvanized layer to volatilize, and the zinc vapor entering the molten pool is very small, and it continues to be discharged during the solidification process, so there are very few residual pores in the weld. Main applications: construction engineering, machinery manufacturing, container manufacturing, shipbuilding, bridges, etc.
