What is the use of Chequered plate?
Chequer / Checker plate is used in decorative, architectural applications and shipbuilding – (because it is anti-corrosive and it doesn't require painting so it is low maintenance). Chequer plate is a very versatile material with many different uses.
Is Chequer plate Galvanised?
Our checker plate products are all made of galvanized steel sheets, and they have an excellent weather resistance. We deliver precision products to set up a specialized line checked steel plate leveler. Galvanized steel checker plate in 2.5 mm to 3.0 mm thickness can be used to build storage system.
What is the thickness of a Chequer plate?
Mild Steel Floor Plates also known as 'Durbar' or 'Chequer' plate. Stock sizes range from 2000 x 1000mm up to 3000 x 1500mm and thicknesses range from 3mm up to 12.5mm.
