Manufacturing Methods
Welded Grating: Most commonly used and economical design suitable for most industrial applications. Manufactured by welding bearing bar and cross bar intersections using automated forge welding equipment or professional manual welding.
Press-Locked Grating: Cross bars are inserted into pre-punched bearing bars and hydraulically deformed to lock in place. Cross bars typically feature a straight plate shape similar to bearing bars.
Swage-Locked Grating: Assembled by inserting pre-punched bearing and cross bars into an "egg-crate" configuration and deforming cross bars under intense hydraulic pressure. Ideal for architectural and ornamental applications.
Welded Swage-Locked Grating: Enhanced version of swage-locked design where each intersection is manually welded for increased strength and load-bearing capacity.
Surface Types
Available in both smooth and serrated surface configurations to provide optimal slip resistance based on application requirements.
