Process of Perforated Metal:
Hot-dipped galvanized perforated metal. Immersed thin steel plate into the zinc bath, adhesion to the surface layer of zinc. Currently the main use is production of continuous galvanizing process, that is a continuous roll of steel immersed in melted zinc plating bath is made with galvanized steel.

Specification: The thickness of coil from 0.2mm to 0.7mm, the length from 1m to 20m, the diameter from 2mm to 20mm. The thickness of plate from 0.3mm to 3mm, the minimum aperture is 0.6mm.

Aluminum perforated metal has the features of good strength-to-weight ratio, wide range of open area percentages, accurate hole size, available in corrosion resistant materials, available in lightweight material and suitable for decorative applications.
