Galvanized Iron Wire is designed to prevent rusting and features a shiny silver color. Galvanized wire is divided into hot-dipped galvanized wire and cold galvanized wire (electro galvanized wire). It offers good toughness and flexibility, with zinc coating up to 350 g/sqm, providing excellent corrosion resistance.
Hot-dip galvanized iron wire is manufactured using choice low carbon steel wire through processes including wire drawing, acid washing, rust removal, annealing, and coiling. It's primarily used in construction, handicrafts, woven wire mesh, expressway fencing mesh, product packaging, and other daily applications.
Electro galvanized iron wire is produced from choice mild steel through wire drawing, wire galvanizing, and other processes. It features thick zinc coating, excellent corrosion resistance, and firm zinc adhesion. This type is mainly used in construction, expressway fencing, flower binding, and wire mesh weaving.
