Introduction
Hot dip galvanized cable tray is a process of immersing the rust removed steel tray into a molten zinc solution at approximately 440 ℃ -460 ℃ to attach a zinc layer to the surface of the tray, thereby providing anti-corrosion protection. It is mainly composed of straight sections, bends, accessories, supports, hangers, etc. of trays and ladders, and can be independently erected or attached to various buildings and pipe gallery supports.
Rigorous process: Firstly, degreasing treatment is carried out on the bridge frame to remove surface oil stains; Then carry out acid washing and rust removal to make the surface of the bridge clean; Subsequently, immersion plating agent is applied to enhance the adhesion of the zinc layer; Finally, immerse in zinc solution to form a uniform galvanized layer. After strict water washing, passivation and other subsequent treatments, the product quality is guaranteed.
High quality zinc layer: The thickness of the zinc layer formed by hot-dip galvanizing process is generally between 65 μ m and 90 μ m. The zinc layer is tightly bonded to the bridge substrate, not easy to fall off, and has good wear resistance and impact resistance.
