3 in 1 Car Seat Cover Flame Laminating Machine
Application:
The machine uses sponge as adhesive to bond other materials together, such as non-woven fabrics, woven fabrics, synthetic leather, PU, PVC, etc. Its working principle is through flame burning the sponge of which surface will appear one layer of sticky stuff, then quickly laminating with other materials.
The machine is widely used in automotive interiors, ceilings, carpets, plush, clothing and other industries, which can not be replaced machinery. At present our company's products have become Toyota, Honda, Volkswagen, Hyundai and other brand automobile manufacturers supporting.
Large scale flame laminating equipment provides continuous mass production for the automobile interior manufacturers.
Equipped with imported burner, it adopts the most advanced servo control system in the world, intelligent operating system, constant tension accumulator mechanism, Fabric tension control system, gas constant pressure mechanism, edge position control system.
Features:
1.The whole production line is controlled by the most advanced servo system at present. The whole machine drives without any noise, synchronization is accurate, and energy consumption is very low.
2.Intelligent operating system, PLC touch screen control, easy to operate and save labor coats.
Working speed can be controlled with the touch screen, no-step speed regulation can be achieved; the gap of pressure rollers can be adjusted according to different materials, different air and gas mixing ratio can be set, and tension can also be set according to different materials to avoid the phenomenon of bending and wrinkling.
3.Constant tension accumulator device: Automatic setting the different tension to ensure the effect of fabric laminating.
4. Gas constant pressure mechanism and gasifier are added in this machine to ensure the gasification and constant pressure of liquefied gas in winter, thus ensuring the uniformity and stability of fire exhaust combustion.
5.Fabric alignment control has been added to protect the materials from running off.
6.The roller increases to three rollers and can drive independently. Adjusting the speed of three roller, can avoid the wrinkles, bending and tension because of the different fabrics during running.
