• Class A Fires: These fires occur when common combustibles such as wood, paper, cloth, and plastic catch fire. When the fire detection tube detects the heat generated by these fires, the suppression mechanism is triggered, releasing FM200 to extinguish the fire.
•  Class B Fires: These fires are caused by flammable liquids like gasoline, oils, solvents, and certain gases. When these flames are detected, the fire detection tube can be programmed to burst and release FM200 to effectively suppress the fire.
• Class C Fires: These fires involve electrical equipment that is energized. The fire detection tube is designed to burst and release FM200, which is a non-conductive fire suppression agent, specifically formulated to extinguish electrical fires without posing a risk of electric shock.
• Class D Fires: These fires involve combustible metals like magnesium, titanium, potassium, and sodium. When the tube detects the extreme heat produced by these fires, it can activate the release of FM200 to suppress the fire.

The working principle of the fire detection tube is based on heat detection. As the fire increases the ambient temperature, the tube material undergoes thermal expansion, causing the tube to burst. If necessary, the system can also be manually activated via a manual release mechanism, ensuring immediate fire suppression.

When the tube ruptures, the FM200 agent stored inside is released nearby, extinguishing the fire by smothering, cooling, or inhibiting the chemical reactions necessary for combustion.
