DC36V Sliding Gate Operator Motor High-Power Obstacle Detection for Industrial
Function Description:
Anti-overtravel:
Every time the first power-on operation, the gate will be slow to the limit to prevent inertia out of the limit, When the door reaches the travel limit, it can only press the button in the opposite direction, so that the motor can move to prevent it from rushing out of the limit, If the limit magnet is damaged or fails out of the limit it will automatically encounter resistance to protect the motor and control mainboard. Note: When the door is out of the limit, there is a power off protection function, and it can only move in the opposite direction after powering on.
Co-op Mode Available:
Two motors with the same type of control board on each can work synchronously. In this mode, infrared, loop, auto- close and other functions are sychronized.
Bluetooth control module:
Original on-board Bluetooth module slot design, suitable for independent Bluetooth module (optional).
Resistance rebound function:
When the gate is blocked, the gate can be switched in two ways: stop and rebound The gate will stop immediately if the door is blocked.
Motor running time protection:
Avoid motor running for a long time in stroke failure. After the control mainboard learns the stroke, the longest running time of the motor will be increased for a period of time on the basis of the stroke time to avoid the long running time of the motor.
One-click matching Internet gating:
The control mainboard can be directly matched to the Internet controller/camera without adding any wiring equipment.
Automatic door closing function:
The waiting time of the automatic door closing function can be adjusted according to the needs of the use, in the range of 1 to 250 seconds.
Soft start and soft stop function:
The slow speed strength and slow speed distance of the motor can be adjusted by potentiometer. Adjust the speed and distance of the motor when it enters the slow speed.
