The composite exhaust valve is a cylindrical valve body, which mainly contains a set of stainless steel balls, rods, and plugs inside. This valve is installed at the pump outlet or in the water supply and distribution pipeline to exhaust a large amount of air accumulated in the pipeline, or to discharge trace amounts of air accumulated at a higher point in the pipeline into the atmosphere, in order to improve the efficiency of pipeline and pump use. In case of negative pressure in the pipeline, this valve quickly sucks in external air to protect the pipeline from damage caused by negative pressure. The composite exhaust valve is used at the highest point on the sewage pipeline or at places with closed air, to clear the pipeline and achieve normal operation by expelling the gas inside the pipeline. If an exhaust valve is not installed, the pipeline may experience air resistance at any time, which means that the water outlet capacity of the pipeline cannot meet the design requirements. Secondly, if a power outage or pump shutdown occurs during operation, the pipeline may experience negative pressure and cause vibration or rupture. The exhaust (suction) valve quickly sucks air into the pipeline to prevent vibration or rupture.
