GS-SW6401725-40-U is a domestically independent developed scientific deep-cooled SWIR camera targeting high-end laboratory research, covering 0.9–1.7μm short-wave infrared spectrum. It adopts 640×512 resolution with oversized 25μm pixel and 16×12.8mm active area, quantum efficiency exceeds 70% within 1000–1600nm. Equipped air-cooled two-stage TEC cooling system, detector temperature can be freely adjusted as low as -40℃ to suppress dark current and support maximum 1000ms long exposure, greatly boosting imaging signal-to-noise ratio for weak light detection. This model adopts USB2.0 as the only transmission interface, cancels GigE and analog video circuits, simplifying laboratory wiring. It supports 25Hz native full frame, arbitrary ROI, binning processing, TTL single external trigger, and dual full-well gain switch (118Ke high gain / 1.9Me low gain). Integrated dark field correction, histogram analysis, image rotation and other professional imaging algorithms. C interchangeable lens mount is compatible with spectrometers and microscopic systems. Matched multi-algorithm dedicated imaging software and SDK are provided for secondary development, widely used in NIR-II fluorescence, astronomical observation, semiconductor EL/PL testing.
