GS-SW6401715100-UC-G is a high-performance uncooled InGaAs SWIR camera covering 0.9–1.7μm spectral band. It adopts 640*512 InGaAs FPA with 15μm pixel size, supporting up to 100Hz full-frame frame rate. GigE RJ45 digital transmission serves as standard output; PAL/NTSC analog video via SMA interface can be customized according to project demands. Adopting uncooled energy-saving structure, the camera features ultra-small volume and light weight. It supports arbitrary-position ROI readout to accelerate imaging speed, and reserves interface for onboard centroid tracking algorithm. Mini 50mm body with M2.5 mounting holes is perfectly suited for miniature portable optical and laser equipment. Matching dedicated display software, complete cross-platform SDK and demo codes are supplied for secondary development, and OEM customization service is available. All cameras pass ISO & CE quality inspection.
