GS-SW6401715100KS-C-G is a high-performance TEC cooled high-frame-rate InGaAs SWIR camera covering 0.9–1.7μm spectral band. It adopts 640×512 resolution with 15μm pixel, native full-frame 100fps, and supports customized high frame rate up to 360Hz (8bit) / 180Hz (14bit) under ROI mode. Equipped with standard GigE RJ45 digital transmission, matched dedicated display software and complete SDK for secondary development. Built-in adjustable TEC cooling structure, paired with ultra-wide exposure range from 1μs to 300s, it maintains clean imaging under both ultra-short transient capture and ultra-long cumulative capturing. Arbitrary ROI window is configurable to boost frame rate, and 3-24V single-ended external trigger realizes synchronous matching with testing equipment. C lens mount and multi-group M3 mounting holes facilitate flexible system integration. All cameras pass ISO & CE quality inspection, OEM mechanical and functional customization service is available.
