GS-SW640172550S-C-G is a high-performance TEC cooled InGaAs SWIR camera covering 0.9–1.7μm spectral band. It adopts 640*512 FPA with 25μm large pixel, reaching maximum 50Hz full-frame frame rate. Standard GigE RJ45 digital transmission is equipped. Built-in adjustable TEC cooling module effectively suppresses chip dark current to guarantee stable imaging quality. The camera supports 3-24V single-ended external trigger, with global shutter and ultra-short 5μs minimum exposure time. Interchangeable C lens mount is compatible with spectrometers and various optical testing equipment. Dedicated display control software and complete cross-platform SDK, demo codes are provided for secondary development. All cameras pass ISO & CE quality inspection, OEM structural and functional customization service is available.
