GS-SW6401715100-C-G is a high-performance TEC cooled InGaAs SWIR camera covering 0.9–1.7μm spectral band. It adopts a 640×512 InGaAs FPA with 15μm pixel size, supporting up to 100Hz full-resolution frame rate. GigE RJ45 digital transmission serves as standard output; PAL/NTSC analog video via SMA interface can be customized according to project demands. Equipped with built-in TEC cooling featuring automatic and manual adjustable temperature modes, the camera effectively suppresses dark current to deliver stable uniform imaging. It supports arbitrary-position ROI to accelerate capture speed, and reserves interface for onboard centroid tracking function. Replaceable C/CS lens mount ensures seamless matching with spectrometers and customized optoelectronic devices. Dedicated display software, complete cross-platform SDK and demo codes are supplied for secondary development, and OEM customization service is available. All cameras pass ISO & CE quality inspection.
