1. Introduction

GS-SW1280171550S-C-G is a high-performance short-wave infrared camera tailored for 0.9-1.7μm detection tasks. Built around 1280*1024 InGaAs focal-plane array with 15μm pixel dimension, it outputs large-format infrared imagery at 50Hz full resolution over GigE interface. Matching display-control software together with SDK are supplied to satisfy custom secondary development requirements. Its TEC cooling unit adapts to varying ambient temperature via automatic or manual regulation. Users can enable arbitrary-region ROI readout to gain higher frame-rate for targeted observation. Multiple onboard image optimizations including Gamma tuning, non-uniformity correction and defective-pixel correction are integrated. It accepts 3-24V single-ended external trigger signal and features standard C-mount to simplify lens fitting.
