1. Introduction

GS-V4-SW1280170550-UC-CL is a high-performance uncooled short-wave infrared camera covering 0.4-1.7μm spectral band. It features 1280×1024 resolution with 5μm fine pixel size, which helps simplify matching optical system design. The unit delivers 50Hz full-resolution frame-rate and supports simultaneous Camera-Link digital output plus SDI analog output. Adopting compact lightweight housing, this camera is well-suited for integration into diverse opto-electronic systems. Arbitrary-region ROI readout is available to boost frame-rate for partial-area acquisition. Multiple onboard image processing functions are implemented including auto/manual exposure & gain, non-uniformity correction and defective pixel correction. It accepts TTL/LVDS external trigger and comes with standard C-mount lens interface.
