GS-SW6401725100-C-G is a high-performance TEC cooled InGaAs SWIR camera covering 0.9–1.7μm spectral band, equipped with large 25μm pixel focal plane array. It supports up to 100Hz full-frame frame rate, with GigE RJ45 as standard digital output; PAL/NTSC analog video via SMA interface can be customized synchronously. Built-in adjustable TEC cooling effectively reduces dark current noise for consistent imaging during long capture cycles. Arbitrary ROI readout is supported to boost frame speed, and onboard centroid tracking function can be integrated for laser detection scenarios. Interchangeable C/CS lens mount fits spectrometers and various customized optical equipment. Matching dedicated display software and full cross-platform SDK, demo codes are provided for secondary development. All units pass ISO & CE quality inspection, OEM mechanical & functional customization is available.
