GS-SW640171550F-C-G is a cost-effective cooled short-wave infrared camera working within 0.9–1.7μm spectrum range. It adopts 640×512 InGaAs focal plane array with 15μm pixel, delivering up to 50Hz full-resolution frame rate. Standard GigE RJ45 digital output is equipped, while PAL/NTSC analog signal via SMA connector can be customized upon project demands. Equipped with adjustable TEC cooling module, the camera effectively reduces dark current interference to maintain stable imaging quality. It supports arbitrary ROI window to boost frame rate, and features interchangeable C/CS lens mount for seamless matching with spectrometers and general optoelectronic equipment. Different from tracking-supported models, this version removes onboard centroid tracking function to lower overall cost, ideal for routine infrared observation and spectral analysis without laser positioning needs. Specialized display control software and complete cross-platform SDK are provided for user secondary development, OEM structural customization is supported. All units pass ISO & CE quality inspection.
