GS-SW640171550K-C-G is a high-performance TEC cooled InGaAs SWIR camera covering 0.9–1.7μm spectral band. It adopts a 640×512 InGaAs FPA with 15μm pixel size, supporting up to 50Hz full-frame frame rate. GigE RJ45 digital transmission serves as standard output; PAL/NTSC analog video via SMA interface can be customized according to project demands. Equipped with built-in TEC cooling with automatic and manual dual adjustment modes, the camera effectively suppresses dark current to maintain consistent imaging effect during continuous capturing. It supports arbitrary-position ROI readout to accelerate capture speed, and reserves interface for onboard centroid tracking function. Interchangeable C/CS lens mount matches various spectrometers and optoelectronic testing equipment. All cameras pass ISO & CE quality inspection. Dedicated display software, complete cross-platform SDK and demo codes are provided for secondary development, and OEM customization service is available.
