GS-SW640171550-UC-G is a high-performance uncooled InGaAs SWIR camera working in the 0.9–1.7μm spectral band. It adopts a 640*512 InGaAs FPA with 15μm pixel size, supporting up to 50Hz full-resolution frame rate. GigE RJ45 digital transmission is the standard output; PAL/NTSC analog video via SMA interface can be customized according to project demands. Adopting uncooled energy-saving structure, the camera features ultra-small volume and light weight. It supports arbitrary-position ROI readout to raise capture speed, and reserves interface for onboard centroid tracking algorithm integration. Compact outline with M2.5 multi-mounting holes is perfectly suitable for miniature portable optical equipment. Matching dedicated display control software and complete cross-platform SDK, demo codes are supplied for secondary development, and OEM customization service is available. All cameras pass ISO & CE quality inspection.
