It adopts 640*512 InGaAs FPA with 15μm pixel size, delivering max 1000Hz full-frame frame rate relying on 14bit Full 4TAP Mini Camera Link dual-channel high-speed digital output. Equipped with built-in TEC cooling and adjustable temperature control modes, it effectively suppresses dark current noise under long-duration ultra-high-speed operation. The camera supports arbitrary ROI window to further lift capture speed, matched with 3-24V single-ended external trigger port to realize precise synchronous tracking. It reserves integration port for onboard centroid extraction function, fitted with standard C lens mount and multi-size mounting holes for quick matching with spectrometers and laser testing equipment. All cameras pass ISO & CE quality inspection.
