GS-SW6401715300-C-CL is a high-speed TEC cooled InGaAs SWIR camera covering 0.9–1.7μm spectral band. Equipped with 640*512 InGaAs FPA featuring 15μm pixel size, it delivers up to 300Hz full-resolution frame rate. Mini Camera Link serves as standard digital output; SD-SDI video signal via SMA interface can be added upon request. The built-in TEC cooling system restrains dark current to achieve superior image quality, with switchable automatic & manual cooling modes adapting to diverse working environments. Arbitrary ROI readout is supported to further boost frame speed. This camera provides optional onboard high-speed centroid extraction & position output, paired with external trigger port to realize fast target synchronous tracking. C lens mount is adopted for convenient matching with various optical systems. Developed and manufactured by Gatherstar Optoelectronic with 15 years of optoelectronic R&D experience, all units pass ISO & CE inspection.
