GS-SW6401715300-C-CL2 is a high-performance TEC cooled InGaAs SWIR camera covering 0.9–1.7μm spectrum band with simple operation. It adopts a 640*512 InGaAs FPA with 15μm pixel size, supporting up to 300Hz full-resolution frame rate. Standard digital output is Full 4TAP Mini Camera Link; SD-SDI video signal via SMA interface can be customized according to project demands. Equipped with built-in TEC cooling with automatic and manual dual cooling adjustment modes, the camera adapts to various field working environments freely. Arbitrary-position ROI readout is supported to further lift frame rate as required, and it reserves interface for onboard centroid tracking function integration. Standard C lens mount ensures easy matching with various spectrometers and custom optical equipment. Developed by Gatherstar Optoelectronic with 15 years optoelectronic R&D experience, all cameras pass strict ISO & CE quality inspection.
