GS-SW3201730200-C-G is a high-performance TEC cooled InGaAs SWIR camera operating in the 0.9–1.7μm spectral band with simple operation. It adopts a 320*256 InGaAs FPA with 30μm pixel size, supporting up to 200Hz full-resolution frame rate. Standard configuration is GigE digital signal output; PAL/NTSC analog video interface can be customized on demand for special system requirements. Exclusive display & control software is matched for easy operation, full SDK packages are offered to support customers’ secondary development. Equipped with TEC cooling chip, the adjustable temperature controller works adaptively under different site temperatures. It supports arbitrary ROI readout to lift frame rate as required, and features replaceable C/CS lens mount for seamless integration with spectrometers and customized optoelectronic equipment. Developed and manufactured by Gatherstar Optoelectronic with 15 years of optoelectronic R&D experience, all cameras pass ISO & CE quality inspection. We provide flexible OEM customization service on mechanical structure and imaging functions for unique project demands.
