1. What are your terms of payment?
We can accept Paypal for sample and T/T for bulk order.30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shipment.

Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 2-3 weeks.
3.How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

5. What is PPF/W and why PPF/W becomes µmol/J?
PPF/W is the measurement of photon efficacy.
Photon efficacy measures how much energy is used by the fixture to make the light that ranges from 400nm-700nm. It tells how efficient a grow light at converting electrical energy into photons that useful for plants.
The unit for PPF is μmol/s, and the unit to measure watts is Joule per second (J/s), therefore, the seconds in the numerator and denominator cancel out, and the unit becomes µmol/J.
6. What are the different bettwen HPS and LED?
a. HPS turns 80% of the energy into heat and only 20% into light, while LED grow light turns 80% of the energy into useful light to plants. Therefore, LED grow light is saving cost in ventilation and in air conditioning.
b. The lifespan of LED grow light is around 50,000 hours while HPS only runs about 10,000
hours. Therefore, growers have to replace new HPS lights every 2 years,this makes another advantage of LED grow lights.
c. Taking the energy efficiency,heat dissipation and lifespan into account, growers can get their initial investment on LED grow lights back within 2-3 years. The overall reviews from many growers also prove that switching HPS to LED grow lights is a worthy investment for a long-term cultivation planning.
