However, please note that parts damaged due to operator mishandling, improper maintenance,power surges, human sabotage, and similar circumstances will not be covered under our guarantee.
Packaging and Shipping
Our standard packaging includes a sturdy wooden box. For exports to European countries, the wooden box will be professionally fumigated to meet all necessary standards.
If the container is too tight, we will utilize film for packing. Alternatively, we can pack the product according to the customer's specific requests to ensure perfect delivery.
Shipment: Expect delivery within 30 working days from the date we receive the down payment, ensuring a timely and efficient process. Our preferred shipping method is by sea, but we are flexible and can accommodate customer requirements as needed.
