Features:
This cooling conveyor is specifically designed for use after reflow soldering in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production lines. As a dedicated conveyor for connecting processes, it enables automatic PCB transport, precise start/stop, and seamless connection between upstream and downstream production equipment.
Equipped with multiple silent cooling fans, it rapidly dissipates heat from the high temperatures of PCBs exiting the reflow oven, effectively reducing the temperature of the board and components, preventing high-temperature deformation and damage, and significantly improving production yield.
The equipment supports customizable expansion of functions, allowing for free setting of OK/NG (good/bad) product sorting, manual inspection modes, and switching of operating conditions to adapt to various production process control needs.
It adopts a high-quality belt conveyor structure with a two-section split body structure. Each section is equipped with an independent motor drive, and the conveyor cycle can be freely adjusted to adapt to different production line rhythms.
Optional accessories such as workbenches, workstation lighting, anti-static dust covers, and reinforced cooling kits can be added as needed to meet the requirements of anti-static, dust-proof, and refined operation scenarios in the workshop.
Equipped with a PLC intelligent control system and standard signal interfaces, it can seamlessly communicate and interact with SMT peripheral equipment, making line integration simple and convenient.
It supports automatic width adjustment for different PCB board sizes, eliminating the need for repeated manual adjustments and is compatible with common mass-produced circuit board sizes. The reinforced structure is suitable for the long-term high-temperature operating environment of SMT workshops, ensuring stable operation, low failure rate, and durability.
