II. Product Description
This 5070 flatbed screen printing machine is designed for mass production of medium to large format flat materials. It features a thickened body and precision guide rail structure, ensuring stable and vibration-free operation. Printing accuracy reaches ±0.05mm, producing clear lines without burrs, maintaining consistent results even in mass production.
The machine is equipped with a vacuum suction platform, preventing displacement of materials such as thin paper, film, and PCB boards, and is suitable for printing on various materials. With pneumatic + servo dual drive, printing speed, squeegee pressure, and worktable travel can all be adjusted with a single touch on the touch screen, allowing even beginners to quickly learn and efficiently adjust settings.
The machine body adopts an anti-rust electrostatic spraying process, combined with an easy-to-maintain modular design, resulting in a low failure rate and long service life. It is suitable for small to medium batch production needs and widely applicable to flat printing scenarios in industries such as electronics, hardware, plastics, and advertising.

This solder paste printer is used in SMT assembly lines for applying solder paste onto PCBs before component placement. Common environments include consumer electronics factories, automotive electronics workshops, and industrial control board production lines.
