The CCS model is our compact handheld unit. At 650W with a 10 to 320 degrees C temperature range, it handles most common plastic riveting and staking tasks without being oversized. The body is light enough for an operator to use all shift without excessive fatigue, and the detachable rivet head means you can switch between different profiles in under a minute. It runs on standard single-phase power.
Typical applications include PCB bracket staking in electronics assembly, interior trim fastening for automotive parts, control panel mounting in home appliances, and general multi-point riveting where a benchtop machine would be impractical.
Guangdong Okai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing automation equipment in Dongguan, China since 2008. We design and build our own equipment, and most of what we make is exported.
Every handheld hot riveting machine goes through the same process: parts procurement from qualified suppliers, in-house assembly and wiring, parameter calibration, and a 48-hour continuous run test before packaging. The heating elements are sourced to our specifications, and the temperature control uses PID regulation that holds within 2 degrees of the setpoint. We machine rivet heads in our own CNC shop, so turnaround on custom profiles is fast and the fitment is consistent.
Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. The machines meet CE safety requirements. We are a regular supplier to automotive Tier-1 manufacturers, electronics assembly brands, and appliance producers who audit our factory annually.
