The OK-SXJ-250S dual-track NGOK screening and buffering machine is a dedicated piece of equipment for SMT automated production lines. The machine features a robust, enclosed aluminum alloy body, ensuring stable structure and excellent protection, allowing for continuous long-term operation. It integrates PCB good/bad board screening, material buffering, and direct conveying functions, offering multiple uses and effectively balancing production line pace, replacing manual sorting.

The machine is equipped with a PLC touch control system, ensuring stable operation and featuring self-diagnosis and audible/visual alarm functions for convenient maintenance. It supports customizable buffer lifting step distance to accommodate circuit boards of different thicknesses; the hand-cranked screw width adjustment structure allows for the conveying of various PCB board specifications, offering wide adaptability and precise adjustment.

The machine comes standard with a SMEMA standard communication interface, seamlessly connecting to AOI, SPI, reflow soldering, and other SMT equipment. It automatically receives detection signals, intelligently distinguishes between OK and NG boards, and automatically completes sorting, buffering, and direct conveying, operating fully automatically to effectively improve production line efficiency and reduce material accumulation and process delays.
