II. Equipment Features
1. Integrated Sorting and Buffering (Three-in-One)
Simultaneously achieves NG (Not Good) board sorting, OK (Good) board buffering, and straight-through conveying modes, eliminating the need for multiple machines, simplifying production line layout, and reducing equipment investment costs.

1. SMT Placement Production Line

2. Compatible with Testing Equipment: Adapts to SPI solder paste inspectors and AOI optical inspection equipment. Receives inspection signals and automatically distinguishes between good and bad boards. NG boards are buffered for rework, while good boards proceed directly to the next process.
3. Semiconductor Processing: Provides temporary storage for circuit boards/wafers during photolithography, etching, and packaging processes, connecting the various production lines to ensure uninterrupted production.
